Could be alignment...

Response to 2001 CR-V pulls to the right.

 

...that would certainly do it. A lot of new cars don't roll off the lot aligned very well; you might be able to talk your dealer into doing one for free since it's so new.

On the other hand, since we drive on the right side of the road (your post doesn't indicate where you are, so I'll assume a right-side location), and roads are "domed" in the middle to allow rain to run off to the side, on most cars you do have to apply a wee bit of left pressure to stay going straight since you're leaning slightly right. Maybe it's just a bit more noticeable on the CR-V than you're used to.
