Got it new and it hasn't been used. It's assembled it and am selling it cuz I'm using a 2" receiver now. I purchased it for $140 and am willing to part with it for $100 plus shipping. It is complete and has been fitted once on to the hitch. If you are interested, e.mail me @ jannclan@yahoo.com. aj
