Not sure that GoongalaGoonga covers tires........

.....or at least my BFG's !!

After having one tire's tread plugged for a nail hole I found another one leaking, so I had my dealer swap the spare for the leaking tire. When putting the tire cover on the old tire I found the culprit to be another nail.

Then to add insult to injury, I just found out that the spare tire that was rotated in now has a 1.5 inch crack across the tire size numbering on the sidewall, and appears to be losing pressure.

With one plugged tire and another that needs to be plugged, all with 35K miles on 'em, not to mention the one that needs to be tossed I think it would be wise to get a whole new set.

I'm looking for a good set of road tires with some offroad capability like Michelins, probably in the stock size so I can keep my painted hard spare tire cover. Any suggestions ?

Thanks in advance for any input !!
