I'm using Explorer and can choose between accepting all cookies without being asked, being asked to accept for each site, being asked for each individual cookie, or declining all cookies. This is found under preferences. At least the Mac version does this (I assume PC versions do the same).
What browser are you using? If you meant something else, ignore this.
