I am relatively back on track. My first four days went really well...I didn't eat as clean as I would have like yesterday or today, but compared to the Christmas holidays smorg "ass" borg

I'm doing much, much better and even hit my goal of 3 days of exercise.
I found a new brand of oats that has wheat bran and flax seeds in it so I'm going to try that for breakfast tomorrow mixed with a tbsp. of peanut butter and see how it holds me.
I was down 1.2 lbs. this week.
Mondo bought me a great new mini cook book from Weight Watchers. 15 minute meals with 5 ingredients and so far it's been a real keeper. I made Tuscan Chicken with grape tomatoes and chicken breasts that you cook down with a touch of balsamic vinegar ( my first try cooking with that ) and I really liked it! We had it with pasta but I could see doing that with a nice big green salad w/ feta and olives and be one happy camper.
