fat doesn't allow the sugar to be taken up by the cell; thats what you said right? I sure can agree with that according to experience; If I eat low fat I can eat a lot more carbs then when I eat fat:
so even with being a vegetarian if I can eat more fat than I need which prevents carbs from being broken down:
I love the clean feeling of low fat and NO Sugar: I don't do sugar too good: Immediately when I eat it at holidays or special events, I regret it physically for about three days, yuk: But I love the taste of an occassional lemon pie or apple pie with carmel (bad girl)
