My cat insists on urinating in the bathroom sink. How can I stop her? There is a litter box directly below the sink, and she does use it, but not to urinate!?

Many cats have what is called a "substrate preference". They prefer to urinate on a certain type of litter or on carpet or on clothing or, yes, on a slick, "litter-less" surface such as your sink. The first thing to try would be an empty litter box because that will mimic your sink surface. Feel free to write back if that doesn't work.
