Totally jealous of the number of promotions and continual "special" nights Toigo gives to his fans. They don't seem to have any worries about spending money to try and get fans into their seats. Here the owners seem to think that they are the only game in town and fans will come anyways. Unfortunately, thanks to Drinnan's constant reminder of crowd size, that isn't the case. When is this ownership group going to actually do something to reward the fans. Getting a generic wooden hockey stick with imprinted autographs just isn't going to cut it. When I asked why we couldn't have a bobblehead night for each of the owners I was told it's "too expensive". Yet, I'll bet it costs less than one flight in Gaglardi's jet when he flys in to watch a game. Not to mention that it would be a promotional tax write-off of some kind I'm sure. Yes, the owners are great Blazer legends, but they need to realize that this team and the franchise just isn't the same as when they were here and there was a waiting list a mile long for season tickets. The Blazers are no longer the "Hottest game in town."!
ps. Why is it that every year their slogan turns around to bite them. "Our house, Our rules"???? Not happening.
