Some players coming here have had this attitude that they deserve to play and not cause they've earned it. Instead of proving to the coach they are worth playing they go and pout, sulk and want out. We finally have a coach with the balls to sit these guys no matter how high they were/are drafted and if the players don't like it too bad. How long did these type of players last when Don Hay was here??? We have to get rid of those types. Take a player like Ryan Hanes. He's a total team player and will go to the wall for his mates and the coach. Do you see him sitting on the bench? No, he gets lots of playing time in lots of different situations cause he's earned it. |
