I have the same problem on an older machine & I don't have any of the software that was used to build my computer. The computer was given to me. Did you find anything that helped you? I was wondering if I need to go to Mitsumi's website to reinstall the driver but that machine is no longer on an internet connection so I have to copy the file & save it to a cd before being able to install it.
