I think you're doing frames wrong

You might look at my page on frames in the "HTML Hell" section of Sauron's Dark Tower. They're difficult to explain clearly in a nutshell. As for Office 2000, I've never used it. But if you want to save documents as .html files you'll need to select *.* like you say, and then type in .html yourself in the field where the file name is entered. Type in whatever.html, and select *.*, in other words. That should do it, I believe.
