Inserting NetWork54 forum into webpage

Bare with me, I'm new to HTML.

I've set up an account on Network54, and want to place a forum "seemlessly" on my webpage.

something like this example

http://www.war2001.com

I know that this is probably a very simple thing to do. So can someone just tell me? How do I place the forum " http://network54.com/Hide/Forum/154294" into HTML so that it is displayed on my webpage (not in frames)?

please reply
Thanks

Well, the example that you showed IS a frame.

It's just a 1 frameset frame. Go there and look at the source. That's how they did it.

This is the code they used: (I hope N54 lets me show this)

<FRAMESET ROWS="100%, *" frameborder="no" framespacing=0 border=0>
<FRAME SRC="http://network54.com/Hide/Forum/153510" NAME="mainwindow" frameborder="no" framespacing="0" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0"></FRAME>
</FRAMESET><NOFRAMES><CENTER><H2>Your browser does not support frames. We recommend upgrading your browser.</H2>
<br><br>Click here to enter the page: <a href="http://network54.com/Hide/Forum/153510">http://network54.com/Hide/Forum/153510</a></CENTER></NOFRAMES>

I hope that's what you meant. If not, please explain better.
