Hello, I recently had to reboot my computer to it's factory settings, and from that my Cd Re-Writer will not work. Now when I got my Re-Writer installed, they didn't give me a CD Rom with it. Sometimes now, it will work for a little while, like start copying a part of the music, but then says it's too slow, and other times it just wont work. I don't really know too much about computers, but on my Re-Writer drive, it does say JustLink in the bottom left corner, and it says 24x10x40x, if that's any help.
Does anybody know how I can locate the problem, and maybe fix it? Thanks in advanced.
