"Scheide" is the exact expression and the only word you would be allowed to use if you had to address the topic in public. But there are more:
"Vagina" - used in science, pronounced ['vah:-guee-nah]
"Möse" a very popular word, considered dirty, pronounciation is close to ['mir-ze] (where ir stands for a vowel similiar to the sound in "girl", but more closed and e is like e in "the")
"Muschi" - the equivalent for the English "pussy". Pronounced ['moo-shee], where oo is close to the vowel in "good"
"Fotze" - (very often misspelled "Votze") = "cunt". Pronounced ['fot-se]
