I've explained this swing pretty completely on this forum. Your specific question regarding a dimple on the right wrist can best be explained by going to my YouTube video and watching the first video.

The explanation in one word is called "concave" I'm not going to go into detail about both wrists being concave because the You Tube Video and the DVD explain this part of the swing.
