It sounds like you have both a good mind AND a more sensitive heart for clients than many who are not new in the field. I hope the situation is now resolved well for both you and the client. Can I ask,.. in an ideal world, how would all those concerned have responded differently?
Yes it is often daunting and difficult work yet there is nothing to compare with the joy of bearing witness to healing, as people who have been traumatised find their own path and their own joy in life.
