Hi...I'm a newbie

Hello to everyone,

I'm a trainee counsellor and an abuse survivor..so this site feels perfect for me.

I hope to become an very effective abuse and trauma counsellor in the future but recognise I first have remnants of emotions to unfreeze in me.

Hope I can add to this site as well as glean some useful insights here and meet some fellow survivors.
