Thank you Namaste this was really helpful. I guess for me this issue is not so much a one-off question as an unfolding story, and it helped to express it here (even muddily) and read your response... especially in that i spent a few days of this last week feeling more inside the quicksand than on the edge of it (mainly from unavoidable work overload) and did not do well. I am about to start my mid-year vacation though (with extra therapy time for moi) which will help enormously. thanks again,
