Facts and logic discredit any attempt to connect Albans with Illyrians

Without any intention to disrespect any nation today, I must react on false claims of Albanians on Illyrian heritage. Before all, why do you need to prove anything to anyone? What benefits you will acquire with emphasizing all the time, all over the internet that you are closely tied to Illyrians? You know, it looks suspicious when you react like somebody shoved fingers into your eyes. Anyway, if you are Illyrians, what does it change? If someone is Illyrian, Roman, Thracian or Dacian or whatever, what will it change? Who care if you are direct descendents of Illyrians (put aside that you are not)?
Most dense settled Illyrian lands were along the Adriatic coastline and in southern parts of Panonia basin. Today's Albanian territory was settled by Greeks and Phrygians and two or three tribes of Illyrians intermixed. Dardans lived in what's today eastern FYROM. Where were Albanians??? Also, independent Illyrian tribes were settled in south-east of Italy: Dauni, Messapians, Pauceti... Where are they today? Why they do not speak Albanian language? Who assimilated them? How come that they were assimilated and you weren't?
As far as language is concerned, where is your proof that Alban language is related to Illyrian if no records of distinct Illyrian language had ever been found? There are plenty of records of Thracian, Celtic, Dacian(Thracian), old Greek, Latin, but oddly no evidences for Illyrian. Isn't it weird?
