alot of the posts are complaining about enterprise,voyager,ds9,and tng---you complain about the continuity---the timeline---the time period for enterprise--why even like star trek????the people who are complaining about all this are the people who are causing the eventual demise of star trek....WHY CANT YOU PEOPLE BE HAPPY???!!!i mean--at least star trek is on the air--you are gonna complain too much and paramount is gonna pull the plug on the whole thing! im just glad they are keeping the star trek saga going---you dont know if your "never going to see your beloved aliens again"or if you will see them--the new series just might show you how the federation and the romulans--ect got involved with each other---all i have to say is: BE GLAD AND QUIT COMPLAINING!

Trekkies seem to be the hardest fans to please, and in the past month its been really hard to find anyone to support Enterprise. It's about bloody time! Listen to the man and be grateful that we're getting a new series - if you don't like the siund of it, no-one's asking you to bad mouth it, just not watch it. It's not that hard really, is it?

Trek isn't like other tv shows - I think we have some right to feel that we are in some way a part of it, that we have helped create it even. Berman certainly doesn't exclusively own it - and has some responsibility to fans to honour it.

And if it's not, then by the same token I would prefer that it wasn't on at all - but - what's his name - Matt - you're wrong when you say Paramount might pull the plug with all the critism - if they didn't pull the plug on Voyager, they never will. And why should Voyager be critised - it's Anti-Trek - and to just give unthinking and absolute support to something, just cos it has the words 'Star Trek'... c'mon -

I do agree though that it's quite reasonable that we give Enterprise a chance first. But to bury your heads in the sand - to just be glad to be able to see your fav aliens - it's not v ST now is it?!

you dont understand me--im not saynig you should like something couse its got the words star trek--and im not saying you cant critize--but give the show a chance---give it time--i didnt like voyager until the 4th season!so in a way i think were both right!

I am not getting another Trek series because I don't get UPN, and I'm going to keep on posting this to display that Paramount does not care about all of its Trek fans.

Just because you don't have UPN doesn't give you the right to accuse the makers as be of not caring about the fans. If you haven't noticed somewhere in UPN stands Paramount, so why on earth would they syndicate a show when they could put it on their own network? If I do recall, Voyager actually launched the network and was their first successful series. If you want to complain about not getting the station in your area scream in your pillow, because posting sob stories over and over won't get you any brownie points. Take a proactive role, there are options before you to get stations you don't presently have. Do something about it; don't whine about it here. You can't go through your whole life waiting for things to be handed to you.
