Dear Sincerely Annoyed....

Boy, do you have a right to be pissed! If someone is the kind of person who gets dumb and insensitive when she drinks then she should:

1) NOT DRINK

and

2) Shut the HELL up!

If someone is nice enough to give her a ride home then she should be nice enough to keep her mouth shut! Oh, and she should just not be dumb. Just stop herself! It just makes the people who love her want to slap her.
And PS- They should, she deserves it!

Now, what to do...

Well, I have a bunch of ideas here, none of them would keep her as a freind, so we'll go with a real one. I'd think about speaking with her, mid-day, over coffee and just say, "I heard what you said the other night about pregnancy and we have such different experiences with it being easy or being very, very difficult that we seem not to agree. We should probably not talk about it." And if she tries to pull the "I was drunk" thing just say, "Oh. Well, yes, you were." and drop it.

Or, just walk up to her, say "Remember the other night? yeah, me too."
And then slap her.
