      And honestly - I think the whole "newbie" thing was a misunderstanding that everyone felt justified to explain...I stayed out of that discussion because I felt it was not something that could be resolved easily...

      But you're right... if someone posts complaining about the "newbies," you have every right to complain about the "long timers..." happy.gif
