"I am Bob's son - Bob Jr. I am saddened to let you know that my Dad passed away on Aug 15. apparently, he had an undetected cancer and by the time it was diagnosed it was too late to do anything for him. We are planning a memorial service at the Episcopal church in Applacholia on Friday at 4PM. If you could let others in his golf group know I would appreciate it very much. Just a reminder that the service for Bob is scheduled for Friday 8-19 at 4:00pm at Trinity Church in Apalach. The SGIMGA has sent flowers and will be considering a memorial brick in Bob"s memory in Lighthouse Park on SGI. (for details see Manley Siler).
