Tom we try to give the best advice we can, if it is beyond our scope of Legal knowlege we advise or customers to check with the BATF. Our opertation is more than just selling products and shipping them out we spend a lot of our time giving tech support, even to those that we know are going to buy or already have bought from some of the other companies, that is just the way we have done business and will continue to "and most of the time on our dime" We have a very large customer base, most being from the old school of Mac's. Over the years we have seen a lot of companies try to make a go of it and as in any business end up selling anything and everything to try to stay in business, our only thing has been the MAC COBRAY line of parts and accessories we sell nothing else. Last point we get a lot of calls from people "as we did with the first post of this thread" and our advice was not to just sell him a "Quality" Carbine Upper and T Stock as much as it was to try to make him understand where he was leagally, and as it usally happens they get on one the Message Boards linked from my site and ask the same question over and over hoping they can find someone who will tell them what they want to hear and and in the process our name gets brought up and as allways everything is overlooked and price is the only concern, nothing else seems to matter. and as allways Enough said
