AS - How to unmask passwords? Why AS hide my taskbar!

Hi all and thanks in advance for help.

1) Is it possible in AS unmask LOGIN and PASSWORD fields?

2) When I run AS and use it to open a web page using AvantBrowser as default browser AS hide my taskbar (I use Win Key to temporary restore it). Is it a bug?
