Thank you Asi!! Maybe few things to add:

1. 249: L Swiss Made L in the bottom, while 448: L Swiss L
2. On one side of the case, there is an engraving: 249 (Opus Facere) vs. 448 (Vintage)
3. Inside the case on top of the 12 o'clock, there is an inscription of "California" on the 448 while nothing on the 249.

Of course, thats only based on my observation before seeing the actual 448 for the public later.
