A one of a kind encounter with a vintage prototype dial.

A while back, I was happy to have the opportunity to see a rare specimen. Panerai were always experimenting new ideas in luminescence and trying for better dial illumination. Here are some original vials with tritium based "Luminor"





















Rarity - Perhaps not the prettiest design, but still very effective. Eventually, this dial was never used.
