In 1995 the actor Sylvester Stallone discovered Panerai watches by chance and became a great fan of them.

He owned several pieces and asked Panerai to prepare, in a limited series a special watch to be used in underwater shots for the movie " DAYLIGHT ", filmed in Italy at Cinecittà, and sugested that this model be named Luminor Submersible.

Then he offered himself as testimonial for the production, in a limited and numbered series, of this watch and of new models, optimized for daylight, named Luminor Daylight, besides as well as for a reissue of the Mare Nostrum model.

On the back of all these watches is Stallone's signature, and on the dial the words Slytech Panerai

2005 was the year of a new collaboration between Sylvester Stallone and Panerai with the launch of two new models Luminor Submersible Chrono 1000M – Slytech. Part of the wholesale price of each watch sold was paid as a royalty to the actor and then donated to a charity of his choice.

And if someone want to chime in with Slytech pictures happy.gif

Here are the 2005, Pam 202 & 225 .....
