I have been an “on again” or “off again” Paneristi. I had a PAM 88 and many straps which took me a long time to decide to buy and then after a reasonable period of time, sold the lot to supplement another favourite, cant even remember which watch.
I have been mulling over the PAM 233 1950 GMT for some time and when one came up I jumped. What a cracker of a watch, fits the wrist beautifully, and carries that elusive Wrist Presence.
I took this picture on the weekend, but as you can see the domed crystal poses a photographic challenge,
I hope you like the look as much as i do.
Cheers Benio

OP really got this watch right. It has everything.... GMT, Date, 1950 case in the manageable 44mm size, 8day PR with that excellent linear indicator and it's manual wind with the super smart zero reset function. Add to that the domed crystal, which by the way, you captured perfectly in your pic, and you have a masterpiece which drips with Panerai DNA. Congratulations on your choice.

The travel cases are commonly know as Woj/Patrik and can be found on the AC here.Patric's contact is [email protected] Just ask him to send you pics of the different colours for his SINGLE case. It houses one watch, one spare strap and a screwdriver or strap changing tool. Costs about $100.
Hope that helps.

Cheers,
David
