We are planning a fantastic Paneristi gathering for 2009 in Toronto, during the Indy weekend. This is one of the HOTTESTweekends in Toronto and without a doubt will be one memorable experience. Please browse below for more information. Hope to see you there.
For those of you who want to start planning your Toronto GTG weekend July 10-11-12, 2009, this what you can expect to happen:
THURSDAY July 9, 2009 - Some out-of-town attendees may start to arrive on this day. For those that are arriving, one of the local hosts may have an impromptu Happy Hour GTG, and possibly some may stay together and head out for dinner.
FRIDAY July 10, 2009 - Most of the out-of-town guests will be arriving on this day.
The daytime is open for any activity.
The first officially planned dinner will be held on Friday night.
SATURDAY July 11, 2009 - The daytime is open for any activity, unless there is a plan to gather and visit some watch AD together.
The big Saturday night gala dinner is planned for that evening.
SUNDAY July 12, 2009, RACE DAY - Unless you are going to the race, nothing is planned and small groups of Paneristi meet on and off during the day. Some out-of -town guests will start to leave and the rest will leave on Monday
The above does NOT include plans for anyone wishing to attend the Indy race (practice, trails, race day).
Some race fans will have weekend ticket packages but most just attend to be part of a great GTG with fellow Paneristi!!!!!!!!
