basic Maay list desperately needed for refugee agnecy helping Bantus!

To all,
Greetings to you all. I am an American working in Phoenix Arizona with a refugee resettlment program. We are expecting to receive a group of Bantus in the next few months. I would like to prepare myself by compiling a list of basic Maay words to help me commuicate with this new group of refugees. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
