sister, i know you are trying to potray us a united nation, people who have a common boundary, people who share brotherhood, one tongue, one language, one cultural practice. but sadly this isn't the reality, there is so much animosity between maay and mahaatiri, animosity created by mahaatiri. you are right in saying the languages are similar as a swahili person would be a lot different to a mahaatiri person.
