I am an afar man from Djibouti. The Afars form with the Somalis (essentially Issa tribe) two principal ethnic groups of our country.
I hear sometime that afar language have got any similar vocabulary with Digil and May languages, more than somali north, and it’s enough closed with different dialects of this languages, specially with Dabarre, Jiddu and Tunni dialects of them.
I should want to verify this theory, if you accept my request.I wan to submit you some words of afar and I should like you give me their translation in Dabarre, Jiddu and Tunni languages. Thank you:
