It was only a movement holder screw and tab that were loose inside. I put it back and also tightened the other two up as they were loose also.
There is no apparent damage and the movement is a real beauty...

This is a huge, heavy and well made watch. You should enjoy wearing this one happy.gif

The rotor is noisy and always will be, there is quite a bit of slop in the rotor bearings. You can get it to spin just like in this video...

Since it winds only in one direction, the rotor free wheels in the other very easily.
Apart from the noise, I don't think there is anything wrong with it.
