One tradition Lynne likes is to use my aunt Susie's cookie recipe

for walnut chewy cookies, making batches for her students for a Xmas present on the last day of classes. This year she had made over 150!!! Some of the ingredients were, walnuts, raisons, coffee grinds, butter, cinnamon, and ?....I forget ahahah! Japanese always grind their ingredients finely, so our recipe had larger raison and walnut bits in it! and the taste is stronger and more moist and chewy! hahaha!
