Well; I didn't get as far as I wanted...

but at least the wood work part is done...



Now I have to pick a wood stain that will not only look the part for a bunch of vintage watches but also complement the drawer pulls.
The stain I was thinking of simply does not work with this hardware and will be very different colours on the oak, maple, birch and mystery veneer on the plywood I used.
I'll have to try sample stains on all 4 woods
