25 USD for decently fast and secure shipping, appros
17 USD or so commission approx

so...maybe $180/185 or so.

You contact a taobao agent to middle the deal or you have to sleuth for the seller's email adress...because---like Ebay--taobao wants you to deal through them and not direct with the seller.

...or you can contact the seller using Alibaba?traddeManager (which is kind of like MSoft Messenger) by clicking on the little icon with the blue water droplet. But email or alibaba/trade manager might not help if you either don't text Chinese or the seller doesn't text English.
