You missed some good homemade Burritos last night and these McDonalds Big Mac burgers with cheese tonight!

I got kind of waylaid.

At the casino, I ran into a guy I used to sell software to. He had a business in Oceanside. He made a lot of money selling the software I sold him and is now retired.

Anyway, he invited me to come and stay with him and his wife for a couple of days.
This guy is loaded; he has a 500 acre spread with a hacienda that you could literally get lost in! The property abuts the west side of the Vista Valley Country Club.
He's taking me out for 36 holes tomorrow! Should be fun.
In the evening, we're going into Balboa Park area to some fancy restaurant and he tells me we're going to meet up with another old acquaintance of mine; but he won't tell me who it is ???

Oh well; it's really turned into an adventure...even if I am missing some wonderful food
