These are really cool!

I had really enjoyed my SeaTouch when I had it.
Really fun, its the last techy watch that I had and really turned me on.

Good luck.
Dave

with all the reports of problems with the 'touch' system; I think I would be careful.
If I remember correctly; you already had to have one of these repaired.

This is sort of like buying a Chrysler product...warranties are good but if the object spends all it's time in transit and at the repair centre, what's to enjoy about it?

I thought it was the older T Touch that had issues and newer ones got resolved?

Well, if that is the case, then forget what I say and move onto another.

Seiko FTW!

The first negative reports that I heard were a few years ago. Seriously bad reports, as in huge failure rates including with replacement modules. But that was the 1st generation models.

More recently a watchmaker was complaining to me about a T-Touch but the issue was not the number of failures he'd seen recently. Rather it was the sudden hike in the price of replacement modules to something close to the total cost of the watch, as well as Swatch Group reducing parts availability.
