... in August. The owner told me that the kitchen just isn't big enough anymore and she has plans for a "new kind" of restaurant. She is looking at a couple of locations, but hasn't decided. Her location now is so cozy and warm, and I suspect her new place will, too. If you haven't tried the Swallowtail, better do it before long! If you can't stay, at least stop and get some cookies to go! (Her take-out chicken salad is terrific, too.....her secret is dried cranberries.. DELICIOUS!!)
