Well, as Joyce Ann has told you, we did get to meet Homer yesterday. Sheila Fleming and Rose Ann couldn't go with us this time and we really missed them! Sheila B., Diane and I left early enough to do a "little" shopping before our lunch date. We met for lunch at 12:30 and then went to Homer's house for dessert and coffee. He tolerated us well, could be all the extra treats he got!
Margaret is the newest grandmother (as she says) "she got a late start"! She brought grandbaby pictures to share with us and we passed them around. He's a cutie!
I didn't get back in time to go to the ballgame but listened to as much as I could stand. It was a real shocker!
Girls, in Morgan's defense, I have to tell you that she was RIGHT! The page we were asking about was BLANK! What we were looking for was in my old book and hadn't been moved to the new one. I should have known that Morgan was smarter than that!!!! |
