Cg, this happened to my D in 6th grade.The teachers said that the boy was very quiet and no trouble in class however her was very very naughty with other studendts behind the scenes. My D got detention for kicking him in the Nads when he stuck his hand down her shirt. He got no detentino... of course I went to the principal. I had my D have other students he had offended go into her as well.. the end of the story is that he was so bad that he got expelled. I would definately talk to the principal... he may deny it but at least youve done something,, I was fairly sure that the P would do something about it but I did warn her that IF it happened again to my d because nothing was done that I was going to file assdault charges against the boy .. ..I didnt want her going to school being uncomfortable at every turn.
