Sorry this is all hitting you again so hard. There are good online support groups out there but they can be very difficult to go through... the stories can be horrible. I really have a hard time personally going to sites like that and I would consider myself fairly well along in terms of healing. I guess people have different ways of dealing with it.
Personally I don't have a problem with medication... does your daughter's dr. and/or therapist think that's a good way to go? I wouldn't write it off as impeding healing... it can sometimes be the thing a person needs to help get over a roadblock in their journey to recovery from abuse. With continued therapy it can only help a person see the light at the end of the tunnel... sometimes you just get stuck in a cycle you can't get out of. I understand you may not agree... but I would hear out her reasons for wanting to go that route.
