My 4 year old disclosed to me that her bio-father was touching her in Jan. I filed a police report and they did an investigation. She disclosed to 2 friends, a therapist but did not disclose to the forensic interviewer. She recanted to me once. I went to court and the judge re-established visitation to dad. Now, 7 months later she tells me he is touching her again. I took her straight to the er. They found bruises and a cut. She tells the forensic interviewer. Her sibilings (in the home with dad) are interviewed and disclose he is touching her. CPS takes custody of the kids and temporaily suspends visitation. The detective tells me that he does not believe ME and that I am doing this for CUSTODY! I already have sole custody and he has every other weekend visits. I am so hurt, confused, angry and filled with complete pain and despair. I really need to talk to someone!
