Do you have visitation with your son? Has he seen a therapist? If he disclosed to a therapist they would have to report this. I can't believe they are putting grandparents rights ahead of parents rights! I don't have a lot of advice, I'm not good with the legal part. I just want to let you know that we are here for you. Also I'm so sorry for what you are going through.
