B, you explaining clearly but that is pretty much waht our CPS SW told us when our nightmare started. She explained to us that regardless of how the "Criminal Case" end it, she had the right to file for the perpetrator to be a register "Sex offender". That the gravity of our particular case was that he had to be register somewhere between 7 to 15 years. That she had to file her findings with the "State Commission" and that he had the right to appeal. That she was going to try to go for the highest time possible, but that at the end of the day was not her call, she was not the last one witht hte decision that it was the State Commission and that she would let us know the outcome of that. But since in our case this bastard plead guilty, and he was a "Teacher" I believe he will be going to be register no matter what. As i have told you before I am in Virginia, but I agree each state most have some sort of "RUle" on this matter.
