Good for him. The Jackson coverage has been just awful!! Media referring to the child abuse as "controversy," "scandal," or -- this one killed me -- "humiliating" to Jackson. Are you kidding me?! What about what it did to his VICTIMS! If I hear one more reporter try to pass off this sicko's repeated victimization of children as some kind of typical tabloid scandal, I will eat my laptop (but only after sending them some hate mail). I cannot believe all the people trying to defend him and his decades of victimization... but oh, one of the victims recanted so it never happened?? Geez the guy built an amusement park to lure his victims, admitted to sharing his bed with children, and took children to red carpet events... how much more obvious can it get. I'm convinced there could be videotape of the abuse and you'd still have the media/mj fans denying that it happened.
People have such strange ideas about child abusers. They'll rail against the grizzled old predators that live in their town, and watch all those To Catch the Predator shows endlessly, but God forbid they find out someone they know, love, or admire has done something like this. Too close for comfort or something... doesn't "fit" with the idea they have in their head of what a child molester is. So, denial denial denial.
