tread carefully...

I can understand that you want--NEED--to do something about this arsehole, but I I don't think now is the time. This detective likely has a number of friends in the dept. and there are just so many ways they could make these investigations difficult for you (disappearing paperwork, unreturned calls, insinuations about you/the victims made to CPS/prosecutors/etc.) if you stir up the nest now. I'd really, REALLY advise against this Debi... at least right now... start building up your documentation on all the insensitive-or-worse things he says/does, but if I were in your shoes I would be putting that aside to deal with later. The police WILL circle their wagons around this guy, and if that happens during active investigations, you've seriously jeopardized your chances of anything productive happening on these cases.

I'd be very cautious Debi... slow down & think about it.

talk soon,
b
