debi...i only wish i had the answers for you...i do not! i can't imagine being in your shoes...much less the moms...when i say 'be careful'...it is NOT because i do not agree with your anger...i just don't want you to make more legal problems for yourself...what about going over his head...he has a boss somewhere...can't you take these feelings to his higher authority? remmber though..keep calm in your speaking with these people, don't let them see what's going on 'inside'...keep it together...even when you're not! i am so sorry wish i could give some advice that helps... gina
