i'm not sure if you've already done this...or how inconvenient it would be for ya...distance wise or whatever else...BUT, if you were to stop into the department, face to face contact, instead of calling...show up everyday...this too could possibly get this guy off his keester just knowing that 'you are not going to just take it as it comes...', i'd also mention going to his supervisor...in a nice way..something like, 'if this is beyond your abilities, perhaps i can speak with your supervisor? adding, there has to be someone here who can advise us what to do to help keep these children safe!"
